The DLX Sales Facilitator is a full-time, on-site position for an engaged, detail-oriented, great communicator. The Sales Facilitator will work closely and directly with many departments at DLX to help develop, manage, and execute Sales Dept procedures, actions, campaigns, and plans while providing the customer service that Skateshops and distributors deserve.
OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
Work Directly with GM to support, organize, and grow to lead the Sales Dept.
Develop and oversee Sales Dept procedures and strategies to both help meet sales goals as well as provide the best customer service possible.
Collect, analyze, review sales data, reports, and feedback to help identify opportunities for the sales department, and share information with other departments to include Development, Production, Marketing in order to create the best plans, line offerings, and representation for all our brands.
Help lead Sales Department meet the multiple Prebook, At Once, and SMU deadlines and needs across all brands and territories.
Lead the Sales Department in executing and supporting Brand Releases, Marketing Efforts, and retailer support.
Develop and support ways the Sales Dept can build quality relationships with existing and new accounts.
Communicate with accounts on behalf of DLX.
THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU'LL NEED:
DLX is a skateboard company - In-depth knowledge of skateboarding products, brands, and culture is necessary.
3+ years sales experience.
Must have strong organizational, analytical, and follow up skills.
Strong, effective communication skills are a must. You must be able to communicate effectively across departments and with accounts globally.
A deep understanding of the dynamics of being a team player and working in a fast-paced environment is needed.
Proficient in PC applications including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Experience working in Skateboarding is a plus, but not necessary.
Management experience a plus.
Experience with modular ERP business software; web-based collaborative task apps; business communication platforms; video conferencing apps; social media apps.
