The B2B Web Developer is a full-time position, responsible for maintaining and updating our B2B platform in order to provide the best customer service and user experience that skate shops and skate distributors deserve.
OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
Update product offerings on DLX customer B2B Shopify platform based on weekly and seasonal product release calendars.
Determine products to be featured and timing and coordination of releases working directly with other DLX departments.
Develop and implement user experience solutions on the B2B site to provide the best customer service possible for skate shops and distributors.
Maintain and update Digital Assets Management system and files.
Maintain and backup B2B and Assets sites and databases.
THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU'LL NEED:
DLX is a skateboard company - In-depth knowledge of skateboarding products, brands, and culture is necessary.
1+ years of experience with Shopify platform.
Working knowledge of Shopify Liquid theme programming.
Technically proficient in web technologies and HTML.
Basic proficiency in Photoshop for image resizing and saving images for web.
Basic knowledge working with MS Excel.
Exceptional project management skills - to include teamwork, communication, collaboration, time management, accountability.
Experience working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while remaining flexible to switch gears depending on changing business needs.
Ability to work independently and manage own schedule to meet strict deadlines.
A high technical aptitude and interest to learn and adapt to changing technology.
Experience with modular ERP business software; Digital Assets Management software; web-based collaborative task apps; business communication platforms; video conferencing apps; social media apps – all an added plus.
Bay Area location with the ability to work on-site is a plus.
