Ishod never stops. The more you see him skate the more you realize it’s true… The kid just does not stop skating. It’s not about anything other than he just loves skateboarding….Plus he kills it so It only stands to reason that when Ishod shows up places and people break out cameras, chances are they are going to get rad footage.  The footage here is a result of one of Ishod’s homeys just turning on the camera at the park one day and another local kid simply asking Ishod if it was alright to film. Glad they did too, cause we can barely keep up with him.

Where are you from? Do you have a favorite skate shop around there?
I’m from American Canyon, a little town between Vallejo & the Napa Valley. My favorite skate shop is FSB Skate Shop in Fairfield.

How did you end up filming all the footage of Ishod?

I was at Mather’s with my friends warming up for the day & Ishod showed up. I mustered up the courage to ask him if i could film & he was down.

Had you ever met Ishod before or did it just sort of happen that day?
I’ve never met Ishod before, i was super stoked to see him in person, nevertheless film him.

What did he say when you asked to film him?
I asked him to film, he sorta paused for a second & said “alright”

What other sort of filming projects do you have, anything else you’ve been working on lately? Who do you film with usually?

I’m always working on stuff for my youtube channel. I’ve also been given the privilege of being a part of FSB Skate Shop’s team as one of the filmer/editors! I’m working on some commercials for the riders & we’ve also begun work on the shop’s second skate video. On top of those, I’ve also begun work on my own first skate video with all of my close friends! I’m usually filming my brothers Arthur & Kasey & whoever else is down to tag along with us!

Was he doing all those tricks before you started filming, or did he turn it on for the camera?
A lot of the tricks in the video were done in under three tries, & he did almost all of them more than once. He tre flipped the stair set over 15 times haha. He was skating hard even before i asked to film him. Everything he did was so consistent & effortless for him!

How long did it take to film all those tricks?
He filmed all those tricks in under an hour & a half.

If you could film with any other Real team riders who would it be?
None of them. Ishod only…… Nah, just kidding hahah, it would be a HUGE privilege to film with ANY of the REAL team! I can honestly say I can’t pick any one person to film with, everyone’s so frikin’ sick! I’d be down to film anyone under the DLX branch.

How long have you known Ishod?
I have known Ishod for over 4 years i think now

Do you know anyone else that skates more than he does?
Ishod skates more then anyone I ever met, I don’t understand how he skates so much with out stopping, I think a lot of people think he’s trying to show off or skate like he’s in a contest but thats just how he has always skated.

If there is no snow on the ground, how many hours a day do you think he skates?

If its nice out usually he will skate all day, depends if we are just skating a skate park or not but he will skate every spot you take him to, but if i had to put it in hours id say about 7 hours.

What other filming projects have you worked on with Ishod? Any other local videos?
We have been working on this local video called Memory Gun, a bunch of our homies back home have been filming for it forever now, since im not home much its taken a really long time but we have been editing it and hopefully it will be out soon and Ishod is having a full part.

Break down the average day filming with Ishod?
Usually Ishod will wake up early and be the first one to go skate, we will go to a skate park or somewhere to warm up then go to some spots, then we will go to the city and skate some spots. Ishod always has some ideas of tricks he wants to try to so will go try to go there and if we don’t get kicked out he most likely will do it. If the day works out right he usually gets at least like 3 tricks.

Did you film any of the tricks of his that are going to be in the Real video?

Yea i filmed so many tricks of Ishod that i sent to Dan, i think Ishod said that they are using a good amount. I am really hyped for his part
