January 12th marks 1 year since the devastating earthquake hit outside Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Even though a lot of progress
has been made in the last year it’s still hard to comprehend the magnitude of the disaster.Rubble still covers much of the city
and more than 1 million people remain in improvised huts and makeshift houses. Despite the daunting task of rebuilding
the city there are still several organizations and amazing individuals heading to Haiti to lend a hand.

After seeing the Actions Realized Haiti REALief board released last year Tyler Rullo, a skater from PA, contacted us to
include us in on the trip he was taking down to Haiti to help with the relief efforts. Long story short, after a few emails and
phone calls Tyler was gracious enough to offer to take down our donated clothing to the youth at an orphanage and
the people of Haiti.

While in Haiti Tyler helped with the labor needs of rebuilding the city, installing solar panels, wiring buildings with self-
sustaining energy and helping out at an orphanage doing construction to get the building back in good working condition.

Upon Tyler’s return he shared with us a few pictures from his trip and gave as an update of how the country is doing.
As you can see from his pictures there is still a lot of work be done and aid needed to get the country back on its feet.
For ways you can help go to american.redcross.org or haitireleiffund.org

Tyler- Thank you so much to for sharing your experiences in Haiti and letting us be even a small part of the work you’ve
done there over the past year. All your efforts are truly amazing, and as long as there is skaters out there like yourself,
skateboarding will always be a positive force for change.
THANK YOU
