I don't fall on my head to often. I usually land on my arms or roll onto my hip, which isn't much fun either. JTG is on the right track. I wear a helmet because I had a concussion four years ago while skateboarding and I probably wouldn't have survived and/or avoided being a vegetable for the rest of my life if I hadn't been wearing a helmet.

gnarsh dud...i never had a concussion (i don't think so at least) but shit i've seen has made me not do shit that i wouldn't have been worried about previously (i.e. a friend smacking his head after slipping out on a tre flip over a local double set, to immediate pool of flowing blood = never tried a treflip down anything big ever again)

The night of violence began around 10:15, when two girls, both 13, were each struck in a leg by a stray bullet at 20th and Mifflin Streets in South Philadelphia. They were treated at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

About the same time, a man was wounded in the right leg near 27th and Dickinson Streets, also in South Philadelphia. He was taken to HUP, where he was in stable condition.
