The new documentary HeartChild tells the story of Crys Worley’s extraordinary journey to start the A.skate foundation in order to help children with Autism through skateboarding and connect parents to support them in the challenges of raising an autistic child.  Watch the incredible trailer and find out how you can help finish the film at Heartchild’s Kickstarter page.

A. Skate is having their 3rd annual 1 in 91 art auction to benefit children with Autism through skateboarding at artery gallery at the lab in Costa Mesa, Sat. April 21st from 6-9pm. For more info and pre-sale tickets visit askate.org.

This Saturday March 10th at the Potrero Del Sol Skatepark in SF, A.skate will be holding an Autism Skate clinic from 10am-1pm. It’s a free event, SF, Oakland, Bekreley families of children with Autism are all welcome including volunteers, registration at a.skate.org.

This week Joe Brook and HeshDawgz got together to help the Japan relief effort, Trevor Colden was bangin, Grosso caught the Jersey Devil, Joey digital set his montage on fire, Ben gore Rode the streets of sf, Trevor McClung got Recruited, Reynold’s got some winning designs, A.skate is making its way to the bay, Curtin and TX went off the grid,  we saw the story behind the collab between Haroshi X DLX, Donnelly & Cromer went cross country, and then to finish it out AH had a friday night fight at double rock, then things got REAL slick with some new Popslickles.

A.skate is headed to the Berkeley Skate Park this March for a skate clinic to help children with autism through skateboarding. The clinic will be held from 10AM-1pm Saturday March 10th. Skate volunteers are still needed, if you’d like to get involved to help in anyway please email info@askate.org for more info.

Crys and our friends at A.skate need any artist to donate to their 3rd annual “1 in 91″ art show fundraiser for the A.skate foundation. Last year they had 110 pieces donated and raised $4,500, this year with your help they can raise even more to continue to benefit children with Autism.

This week thanks to skateboarding A.skate won the $50k grant, Alex and Ishod had a Real good weekend, Brandon Westgate crushed his new Venture ad, Busenitz went north, Frank entered the world of rollternative sports , Omar scaled the wall of China, Mikey Days paid tribute to Van Wastell, the baby went back to sea, Thunder rider elliot sloan joined the 900 club, Cole spent 60 minutes in the park then Silas and TK got remixed to finish it out.

Thanks to everyone’s support in voting for A.skate and helping spread the word A.skate won the $50k grant this weekend. Without your help it simply wouldn’t have been possible. Crys was busy this weekend in Georgia at an A.skate clinic but wanted to say thanks to everyone for helping out.
